Colt & Steel has worked with the City of Boulder to obtain the necessary ROW Permitting and Army Corps Permits needed to work in the wetlands area. This is a slope stabilization project in which a retaining wall will be constructed to mitigate future damage obtained from the 2013 flood and to secure slope failure below the 1213 17th St. residence.  Import of native rock boulder over 4-6’ in diameter, temporary culvert and equipment crossing over Boulder Creek, and drainage systems behind wall areas.  Debris, tree removal and river realignment.
