I am hoping you will share this information with all involved in the construction on the Bear Canyon road/trail

This past weekend I spent the entire day on the trail doing the survey work and the trail was incredibly busy, thus I crossed paths with hundreds of people.  No fewer than 10 people stopped and made a point to express their gratitude for the effort and for the quality of the work. I assured them that I had little to do with it but that I would be sure to pass on their compliments to the people who made it happen.

I found the responses from the trail users to be unique because, as you know, we most often hear all of the complaints and concerns, we hear about the inconvenience and costs; but rarely do we hear from those who are grateful for the efforts and skills of those doing the improvements. Sunday was an exception because it was a day full of compliments and not a single complaint. The trail users are genuinely impressed and happy, as am I.  The work was impressive.

By clearing debris from our community members’ yards and throughout our community, Colt & Steel and scores of volunteers helped our community members begin their personal recovery process.”

"During the recovery process from the 2013 Boulder flood, Colt & Steel won a bid on our large scale residential mitigation project to secure a landslide and protect our home and property from further damage. Their quote on our job was the best value with a large quantity of materials available showing their resourcefulness in a challenging period. Todd was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had before and during the project and the desire to leave us satisfied with their work has been noted and appreciated. All employees of Colt & Steel have been courteous, helpful and skilled.  As we are commencing the final part in the rebuild, we are left happy with the attention to detail and aesthetics of the project. We have and will continue to recommend Colt & Steel for future projects, both big and small."
